Yeah, Battle.net launcher is saying,
“Up to Date

Pre-release content downloaded.”
If I have to download a multi-GB update as soon as the content is launched, I might just lose it. The idea that consumers can literally pour millions of dollars collectively into products, only to have to deal with broken schedules and last minute changes in expected release times is ridiculous.
