Make sure you don’t have a download limit because I think per default it is capped to 1 MB/s in the PC client.

I am really disappointed. I was ready to start. Hope it’s only a few hours. Not to mention the horrible preload times. Took me 2 days to download something that usually takes me 2 hours.

Just gonna throw it out there.
My guess is that Microsoft/Sony weren’t ready to go live for some reason and Blizzard delayed the launch because they can’t go live worldwide on all platforms until those ones are ready to go too. They have stringent requirements for releasing software, and it probably wasn’t ready on time, so they’re pushing them to get it approved and rolled out so that people aren’t just being kicked constantly.
But… you never know. Maybe they broke something??

what did i pay a prepurchase for? I gave you money early so you can release after the agreed on time because why? You merged with activision then shapeshifted into conglomerate Microsoft and nothing has changed, take money and provide delays and bugs and underwhelming products that requires months of patching if not indefinitely

Im just glad they didn’t tell us what region or platform the issue is related too… imagine the hate those players would be getting right now in spite of having nothing to do with the problem

They should have shut down earlier in the day and got there ducks in a row for launch. Consistently missing your launch time is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Of course there is going to be a delay… I’d rather that then, Them releasing something that is broken.
Maybe not the case but maybe next time, shut the game down couple of hour before and do a real maint for the launch
