The Vessel of Hatred side quest The Scales of History cannot be completed since the removal of elixirs in Lord of Hatred. The quest asks that you give an NPC an Elixir of Shadow Resistance, but unless you have an existing one from before, a new one cannot be crafted. This means there is no way to complete this side quest.

Having recently purchased the Expansions, I was pleasantly surprised to meet this npc again while playing a sorcerer. I was very confused upon discovering the quest is broken due to the inability to craft the required elixir.
I hope this can be fixed soon. The quest looks interesting.
