Is it me or is there only 1 version of this to purchase/pre-order on PS Store, the deluxe edition, no base or ultimate available - this seems like a cash grab for all PS4/5 owners for the deluxe edition
The other versions are available, but it took me a couple minutes of screwing around in the store to figure out where. They are intentionally hidden, for whatever reason.

Found it outside of the game.
Switcher → Game Hub → scroll a bit and you’ll see the different versions available to buy. (Right above the game ratings).

How can You guys pre order? I have base game as disc version and i cant pre order. Ps store does not recognise that i own the game.
I also own it on battle net (pc)

Yeah thats the thing, they all says ”unavaible” because i need diablo 4 it says… even If i try to buy it from within the game it says i dont own the game.
I can buy the combined package with base game + voh for like 80$
All versions of just ”VoH” is greyed out as unavaible

Do You happen to know how it works with cross play? If i buy the expansion on my pc account does i get it on my ps5 aswell? Or do i need to buy the expansion on both systems again. Because on pc i can pre order, But If i have to choose i rather have it on ps5
what what i know, no it does not - u will need to buy on both - fyi u can pre-order on PS5, search “Hatred” in the store, as u will only see initialy the deluxe edition, the one i posted earlier about
Yeah But the only deluxe version is greyed out because it says i dont own the base game, wich is weird since i had the game open aswell.
Even If i try form in-game to buy it says i dont own the game
this may work cannot guarentee it tho - go to settings - users and accounts - other, then select restore licenses

I have the same issue too… when I run it on my ps5 it won’t let me pre-purchase the dlc either
This helps out alot, i saw “pets” and instantly bought the deluxe edition then thought about my purchase.
So, i play on gamepass and just bought the vessal of hatred deluxe edition. Did i just buy the base game as well?
When it leaves gamepass, will i still have diablo?
Can I upgrade to ultimate edition? I bought the deluxe edition on ps5 because I didn’t find and didn’t know the ultimate edition existed

Same problem here. I got the deluxe edition on Xbox but then found the ultimate edition after. I’d love to upgrade to that one but can’t. It’s a bummer seeing the additional items greyed out in the menu when I would actually like to give Blizzard money for them.
Hope there’s a possibility for a solution, I’d hate to be permanently locked out of those items.
I found it by going at the store page for the expansion for Xbox and I was able to purchase ulimate edition. I got my rewards with no problem. Seems to me PS5 is having trouble perhaps visiting thier forum to see what’s up.
This is a first I’ve heard of this. You should be able to do it. I’ve played other games in the past on the xbox one when I first got it for the very first time 6 to 7 years ago. I was able to upgrade call of duty black ops 3 edition to a higher one from a lower one with no problems. Doesn’t sound like a Blizzard problem it sounds like a problem with Microsoft Store.
can u not cancel the pre-order and re-order the pack you all need
It doesnt count as a pre-order. It counts as an Add-on. Since you get your in-game items instantly, Sony considers it to be “downloaded and used” from the moment you buy it, so no refund.
Can buy whatever version you like. They all come with the base game and the xpac. Only extra stuff you get are cosmetics if you fancy them.
Stop lying to people. You DO NOT get the base D4 with every version. Only the Expansion Bundle comes with Base D4 + VoH. The Standrd, Deluxe, and Ultimate all require you to already own base D4.
