This would mean you have a connection issue to the server.
You may want to review your Fenris logs to see if there are any details about it there.
Here’s what I would try in this order:
Restart your internet modem/router/etc
Restart any devices using the internet modem/router
Restart your PC. Make sure to choose restart!
- Due to most computers having fast start enabled by default, shut down actually doesn’t properly shut down the system. Its a mini hibernate. Which is why using Restart here is important.
Once you have restarted everything, try again. If it continues to act up, make sure you aren’t running ANY VPN software. Then try again.

If we fail to find an cause here, then next do a scan and repair of your game files from the battlenet app.
See what you might learn from the above suggestions then we can try some other things. Make sure to post your system specs, CPU, RAM, Video card, what kind of drive the game is installed on, etc.
It is also entirely possible your drive is too full. Make sure you have at least 25-33% space left or more. I generally don’t let my busiest SSD drives get to more than 50% full if I can help it.
