Vault Traps - Lame

They’re not that hard, just badly designed. I mean the first one you encounter is that flame passage one. It’s pretty clear that there are little safe spaces alternating down the sides. Standard fare.

The problem is much like Uber liliths spikes. The player hitbox versus the ‘trap’ hitbox is so horrendously mismatched even if you think you escaped dmg you still get murdered by it.

It’s artificial difficulty. The trap itself is min meltingly boring in setup, the challenge comes from wondering how the engine is going to screw you over.
