I have a Barbarian with an Axe that has the Vampyric Curse buff is it a descent buff?
I think the main draw of vampyric curse is that it counts as the enemy being vulnerable. You will probably be using exploit in your paragon to apply vulnerable at high levels so it is of limited use in that regard.
It is definitely good enough for use while leveling up though I wouldn’t go crazy wasting mats on imprinting it on new drops.
