Even if I had to start regearing because of this current gear becoming obsolete, I think Ill have to pass and stay on eternal.
Why ? a few reasons;
- I wont have to campaign again.
- I won’t have to find aspects again.
- I won’t have to start paragon levels all over again.
- If I did go seasonal, I’d prolly want to sanctify my items, which may/maynot delete the items when season ends? (Hopefully they just remove the bonus for those peeps)
- I’m wanting to play now. not wait 1month+
- I won’t have to ditch all these crafting materials.
- I won’t have to ditch all these boss materials.
- I won’t have to ditch all this gold.
etc etc…
That’s why It’s hard for me to leave.. It’s not a full reset but it’s better than starting over (to me)
I’m also not a fan of like.. ‘omg, I love this season and my character, I want to keep playing’ and then they say season is over, and you’ll never get to play that content ever again. I’d rather just keep the core experience.
sounds like all gear will become obsolete. which is a good thing because if legacy items ever became best in slot, we’d have some really weird balancing issues with builds.
I always want to be able to farm whatever is best in slot.
( this is why I think PoE sucks, their economy is hyper inflated, builds are straight broken etc etc.. ) sick game, but once you do it once or twice… it gets old fast knowing your driving on a deadend road.
