Unique Boots not showing GAs, missing affix

Some Unique boots such as Rakanoth’s Wake and Yen’s Blessing have the following issues:

  • they are showing 3 affixes, not 4 - both are missing Resistance to All Elements

  • they can still apparently assign a GA to this missing Resistance to All Elements affix, as you can have a 1GA set that shows no GA assigned to the three remaining affixes, or a 2GA that only shows one assigned GA

This may also be affecting other Unique items with [0.16-0.2] Resistance to All Elements, which I assume is the old version of this property.

I have seen this too, on Penitent Greaves, Yen’s Blessing, and Rakanoth’s Wake. However, Flickerstep has the resistance to all elements affix showing.
