Unholy amounts of lag

I could play the game just fine on the 7th, 8th, and 9th.

Then I try logging on to play yesterday (the 10th) and today (the 11th) and it is lagging so awfully that the game is unplayable. I’ve tried resetting my game, my computer, and my router to see if I was the problem. I even changed a few setting in my network and ran a few other games to see if it was my PC, network, or connectivity and I find that it’s not any of those things.

So.

Why is my game, that was totally playable for two and a half days, suddenly no longer playable? What gives?

Should I start demanding a refund? Because if I’m being honest I am just about ready to give up on this game and go play something that is actually thoughtfully crafted and well made by people who care about what they create and want to make these great games as enjoyable as they can for their player base.

I can play all day solo, but the second I try to do realm walker, world boss or come near any group, I constantly Disconnect. I cannot complete a Realm Walker because I time out before I get through.

Admins do not care, there are so many threads about this

Me And my bro play couch co op on Xbox one and we lag bad during the quests for the under city the last 2 days. It’s unplayable because the time goes at normal speed but we move 3x slower.
