Undercity with Tribute of Harmony (the ones that gives runes) - unable to pickup runes… when stacked with full gem fragments. All I see is gem labels - but I know for a fact the runes are there as I saw them dropping out.
I crafted one of each of the most expensive gems, got back to the undercity chest and what do you know - the runes where there after I picked up the gems.
Now I think this finally is ground for a change. Since previously this was just an inconvenience and extra clutter on screen. As it stands now it actively blocks me from picking up my items with no workaround (aside from forking out almost 100m gold for gems when full).
Please just convert the extra gem fragments to gold.
Correction: this is when having Tribute of Harmony + rune Opal + being capped on gems.
