When I check the social tab all of my friends are missing from the list. All I see is offline. I can see people in clan that are not on my friends list but the moment I add them they disappear.
Any idea how to fix this?
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times now with no luck in resolving. When I check my battle net app on my phone, I can see my friends just not in game
Exact same issue here. All of my friends list is just blank offline, except for the very last one, which shows my clan leaders name and offline, no matter if he is online or not. My clan page even shows him offline for more than a month while in a party with him. He is not showing offline, and he is able to see me on his friends list and clan page just fine.
hundreds of people complaining about the same xbox issue since s14 launch, not one blizzard reply… i play the game for the social aspect, and i have no social atm because of this issue..
