I recently had an issue with opening Season Quest reward boxes. My Season 5 character was unable to receive unique items from the season quests due to an unknown error, which caused the game to crash. (I couldn’t see the progress of the tree of whispers tasks at that moment and I turned off the game and turned it on. Then, it happened and still couldn’t see the progress. ) As a result, I could not receive any rewards from Stage 5 and 6 of the season quests.
Although I have managed to log back in, the game is still very laggy. I recently purchased the new season for $95, and I am currently quite frustrated. I am questioning whether it was worth purchasing due to the error I experienced.
If any Blizzard/Diablo support staff see this, please assist me in receiving the two unique items I was supposed to get. I would greatly appreciate your help. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’m uncertain if I will continue playing the game (though I understand this won’t impact the game itself ).
Additionally, I would appreciate it if customer service could be improved. I am unsure why I cannot report this problem properly and have to post it publicly on the forum after spending over $150+ on this game.
