Unable to find a valid licence, PS5

I cant log in after patch. I get error: Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV. (Code 315306). I play on a PS5.

Same here. I’ve been trying for hours and tried EVERY fix I could find on the internet. No luck🤬

Specifically took the rest of the day off to work around my schedule and get some much needed Diablo time in. SMH.

Same problem, also on PS5. I tried every fix available and restored the license of the game multiple times on the console, to no avail

I am getting the same error on Xbox. Their help center said call Microsoft, but it is obvious their patch caused the problem.

Just a warning, don’t try to uninstall and reinstall. I tried that and the license error code remained, but now it has an annoying text reader come on when I open the game that, as far as I can tell, cannot be turned off.

My license is completely deleted of my ps5
Now I deleted the game and it wants my money again because my license is deleted

They really want everyone off the game after the mass eviction of players

Trying on my Xbox x did do the same licensing garbage

Why did I pay ? A lot up to now !!!

I play on PS4 and having the same license errors after this patch (status code 315306).

Still cannot log in even after attempting all those “fix”. Nice patch Blizzard, and a waste of time and resources for the users who purchase your product.

I’m still getting code 315306 on Xbox as well

this is no way a guarenteed fix if there is still issues - change your password - in addtion the error is something you cannot fix as it is at the server side you are connecting too
