Subject: Unable to download Diablo IV Vessel of Hatred Ultimate Edition from Battle.net
Hello Blizzard Support,
I purchased the Ultimate Edition of Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred back in 2024 on my Battle.net account. However, I’m currently unable to download or install the game from the Battle.net launcher.
The expansion should already be associated with my account, but the launcher does not show the option to download or install it.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Restarting the Battle.net launcher

Logging out and back into my Battle.net account

Restarting my computer
Despite these steps, the download option still does not appear.
Could you please check if the license for Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred Ultimate Edition is correctly linked to my account and advise me on how I can download the game?
