i buyed the game with Steam, and i cant whisper ingame to random players.
i have my battlenet connected to steam, the battlenet app is running allways
crossplatform chat enabled
private text chat is on everybody
i make the authorizations to 100%
i can only whisper to players who allready on my friend list.
can i get some help with my issue?
