Issue: Unable to claim Horadric Tome reward for Chapter X
Description:
I’ve completed all 9 objectives for Horadric Knowledge – Chapter X in the Seasonal Journey. All tasks are marked with green checkmarks, and the reward tile is highlighted, but pressing X does nothing – the reward is not granted.
I am at Horadric Knowledge Rank XVI (16).
My current score is 48,110 / 160,000.
I restarted the game and my console, switched characters, and checked the cosmetics/titles – but the reward is not present. The progress seems to be stuck.

Same issue, except I can’t claim VII, VIII, or X despite being rank XVIII x 11. Assuming this is why I haven’t received any seasonal tomes and why I couldn’t figure out how to craft the seasonal gems.
Same issue, I can’t claim VI VII VIII IX and X.
Maybe picking up all the rewards at the same time was the issue? When it happened I logged out to the character select screen, then reloaded. That didn’t work, so exited the game and restarted. That didn’t work. Exited the game and restarted the PS5. That didn’t work. Logged off came back ~4 hours later was able to get the three rewards.
I am unable to claim Horadric Tome reward for tier 10, I have collected every other reward cache. I have changed PC and still cannot claim.
Same issue I’m able to claim any other reward except VIII, IX and X.
I figured it out. You have to have space in your Dungeon Keys tab even though the rewards don’t immediately expand into your Dungeon Keys tab. rolls eyes
