I’m having an issue wint claiming a gift.
A friend bought me Lord of Hatred expansion as a gift. When i try to accept it through battle.net or web, i get the following message:
”Something went wrong. An error occurred on the page you attempted to access. Please check back later.”
I’ve tried multiple times, there is red dot on gifts in battle.net app after every restart.
What can i do now?
Wait. It’s a cluster F right now. Nobody can pre-order nor accept it as a gift.
Nobody can buy it at the moment so it makes sense that you can’t accept it either. At least not on PC.
My friend just bought ultimate edition and now i can buy it too.. but can’t get my gift
Hello friend, I too am having difficulty claiming the free Herald of Hatred pet.
Currently the store is DOA, and everything that is connected to it is too.
Can’t claim either, Assuming they are prioritizing store purchases, as annoying as that is for us.
same, I was gifted and a streamer friend was gifted but neither of us can claim
Still unable to accept the gift on my end as well, so we’re all out here struggling if a friend decided to surprise us, lol.
