Unable to assign witchcrafts

disabling the Decay Augmentation Witchcraft Power in the game as this is tied to some of these issues

and:

@PezRadar

disabled Twilight Warding as well this weekend. This was causing some weird interactions that could result in players (especially hardcore) dying unintentionally.
