I haven’t logged in for a few weeks, today I log on to look at the anniversary stuff before it ends and realized I cannot load the reliquaries or the shop. I had to update my game before I logged in, received the error messages in game, so I restarted D4. Same issue, so I restarted my computer, same issue. I also checked again for updates and did a scan & repair that did not find anything to fix.
I searched the forums and only see messages that the issue was fixed in a recent patch, however I don’t see any current posts with this issue. I know it’s not my internet, I did a speed check and no one else is having internet issues in the house. Not sure how to fix my game, any help would be great!

I’ve been having the same issue for the past couple of days as well. Yours is the only post I’ve seen about this so far. Hoping they do something soon.

Just checking in again. It’s been 5 days, still having the same issue with the reliquaries and the shop.
Same issue, no access to relics and shop. But there are transactions in May, so something happened in June, but there’s no topics or blizzard comments about it…
Did you ever get this resolved? When I go to the shop it says “Tejal is taking longer than expected, something might be wrong.” The cards just spin endlessly. The Reliquary page is a black screen except for the normal tabs at the top being shown - season- reliquaries - map - etc… I cannot use the wardrobe either and when I try to log out I stay in the game, I just can’t interact with anyone or anything, I have to go to the PS5 menu to close the game. I’ve gone back and forth with GM’s to no avail… they told me to just keep an eye on the forums… seriously?!? I’ve deleted the game several times, loaded the PS5 and PS4 versions, cleared the cache, rebuilt the database, even reset the PS5 to factory settings… Nothing has worked. It is pretty damn infuriating.
