I am unable to access Mordarin in The Scales of History side quest to be able to give him the Elixir of Shadow. At the same time I can’t access Andariel’s Invasion in the same area.
As of Lord of Hatred, we can no longer craft any of the old potions, Shadow included meaning the quest is locked to everyone not having done it before. They really should have put it into Quest Elixir instead of say Antivenin as I don’t even recall ever needing it for a sidequest
