so i just logged in and got a msg about new items in the transmog shop. so why did i get this msg and why is blizzard spending time and resources on transmog notifications when i cant even play a single game without lag?
bliz you need to make the game better by making the game playable. i know the more you guys keep F around, you will completely see the player base go to almost zero. if poe2 was out now, and if its half as herky jurkly, then i will play it 100% of the time over d4

I think the shop is underperforming, so they are trying to push it even more.
They need the people happy in game and white knights to spend more.
I didn’t give the company the satisfaction of clicking on the store to give a statistic as those interested.
Two things:
One, which should be obvious, is that the team responsible for art and skins isn’t the same as the technical and development team ffs
Second, It is basically a marketing message. There was only one new skin in the shop. The rest of the “new ones” were added within the past month or so
You completely reminded me of an analogy I posted back on EU forums. Same line of thought. 
There should be new things everytime it does a “Refresh” or they should remove that refresh timer…

Good… derps shouldn’t pay 1/4 or 1/6th the games price for a sliver of DLC that is the equivalent of 1/100,000 of the base games content.
Price per content. Anyone who can’t grasp that is a fool who recites “supply and demand” for a pixelated commodity that has no physical SUPPLY.
I rather enjoy D4, despite its shortcomings, but the shop is where I draw the damn line. If they just made a great game, that sold 60+ million copies in its lifetime, they wouldn’t have to fall back on intentionally gimping their vanilla armor visuals to entice people to want to look cool and nickle and dime them. I “loved” their interview right before the game came out, where they tried to showcase how they DIDN’T sabotage their vanilla armor visuals, by comparing that armor to the $5 armor in the store… yet compared to the $25 dollar armor… its a night and day difference of how dumbed down the vanilla armor is compared to what they are capable of.
I don’t blame the devs obviously… I blame the shareholders and Bobby, who I’m 90% positive were the driving force for this scummy business.

The base armors are not better than the store stuff.
That is my opinion and the opinion of a daily topic on these forums where people complain that store content isn’t “good enough”
I’m cool with the store content being “different but equal” unlike the battle pass where there was a HUGE divergence between free and paid

I haven’t bought an armor on the store yet. Two Necro and one Barbarian one interest me but Necro has very good normal armor sets and haven’t made a Barbarian yet outside of beta - probably my s2 character
This may come as a surprise to you, but they have different teams that do different things. It’s not three people doing everything.

how about the fact i wanted to put more dthreds out there instead of just gthe one or two. i think bliz F’ed up, they need to see this. everyone needs to see this. i cant believe how out of touch they have become. so if its ok with you, i am going to write what i want to write on whatever topics or threads i want
