It’s just a meme because Barbs were absolutely so broken at the start that playing a barb didn’t even feel like you were playing a game and just in an afk loot simulator.
Barbs are still absolutely the 2nd best class and only because tornado wolf is beyond broken.
Rogues may be debatable as 2nd but probably still lack the durability of Barbs which push rogues to 3rd.
People know that Barbs are still busted which is why the meme exists and expect more nerfs to come.
