At certain times, HP is showing values above Max Hp, like 25,221 / 25,215 for example.
The crux is that when HP is above Max HP, one cannot by default use the potion, but for some reason, like in my case, 25,216 / 25,215 is not considered “full” HP by Tyreals Might, causing the Barrage not to go off, but neither can I use potion to make it “full” HP because HP is already above Max.
