Twisting Blade Nerf / Bug needs to be reverted or adjusted

I agree ICEing. I think they tuned it in the wrong way for sure. Could have cut down the damage rather than the reason this build was fun. It feels like it’s more akin to a higher dps at half survivability barbarian now with our bleed being green and called poison.

I haven’t logged on since Friday evening. I don’t want to tweak my build to something less mobile… and it’ll probably be made slower anyway by nerf on Monday. I say this partly joking, but I don’t think I will be logging back on till the dust settles as respeccing to a less mobile build removes the reason I chose the agile rogue to begin with. It was one of the biggest positives I had of the game, that I was able to sink myself into the class.

There are a few ways they could tweak the build to be more inline with the power scale of others, without destroying the spirit of the build:

  1. Cut back dps of TB directly
  2. Include a new aspect that reintroduces the CDR of the skill before nerf. This would use an augment slot on your gear and would ultimately cut down the dps of the build
  3. Include a unique that has this CDR. This would, similar to #2, use an important slot that would ultimately cut down the dps of the build

If they stick with this nerf it means that they never intended a character to be this mobile / agile, rather than the TB itself being strong. Or maybe it was both. If this is the case, then I, similar to you, don’t see myself continuing on. I have a few friends I’m playing with and they’re mad at me for not wanting to continue, but I spent Friday working towards something new and it just felt awful, looking back on the glory days of movement and what once was.
