I have re logged multiple times came in and killed her but its not counting for the challenge. She is my last one. Please anyone

I have multiple Destroyer challenges not tracking, and I only need 1 more to finish. The 25 roots in 15 minutes, and the kill 250 enemies before Helltide Commander appears at Max Threat Level. This is not the first time I’ve had final challenges at the end of season not track. Completely frustrating.
