Come on, be gentle with this small, indie company on a limited budget. They are working as hard as they can, but the intern who does eveything is a bit overworked. So crucial elements of an ARPG (like resistances) can be put on the back burner, while they increase the port time out of dungeons. Priorities, you know.

I thought the same thing, because the XP used to show up in the box. However, the XP shows up, as a floating text after you turn in your whispers. I was getting 640k+ on WT4. (140k pre patch)
It’s very confusing and I thought the XP had been 0 until I looked very closely. It’s quick and easy to miss.
Edit: After testing, I can confirm WT3 is NOT giving experience, but WT4 is.

Weird, I did one at level 82 and got 641,000 xp for it. Which was a significant boost over the pre patch ones. Now if they just hadn’t nerfed defense and sustain into the ground it wouldn’t have been that bad.
Been a pretty smooth rollout of enhanced abilities, and build upgrades…

That is not how Blizzard handles Bug Reports. CS has nothing to do with it.
Reports are done via the Bug Report forum. That is where QA collects them. They don’t usually respond, but that is the proper pathway.
Looking at it right now, a lot of people did not read the patch notes. But some of it is real bugs. There certainty are plenty of those.

I looked at the XP bar at completion. There really was no XP on WT3. On WT4 it was as intended.

but if the chest at the end doesnt give any XP its worthless.
i hope it’s not intentional and if not, how can you screw this? i don’t really think they are testing anything they do.

Well, that explains why my XP bar wasn’t moving outside running NM.

Significantly increased xp obviously means something different to blizzard than us.
That intern is named ChatGPT. This game is 90% AI and 10% Allen Adham using Rod Fergusson like he used J. Allen Brack before him.
Did a whisper run last night. Got around 650K XP. WT4, level 75.
Sounds like if there’s a bug, it’s on WT3.

Players found an exploit allowing them to level up to 100 too fast. This was not intended. All leveling has been temporarily disabled while we investigate.
We hope to have a resolution by season 2 of your journey!
Ya I am lvl 61 on WT3. I get around 16k xp per whisper quest I complete at the time, but zero on the hand in. Now I just get the cache.
EDIT: After looking more close it’s 16k per whisper objective, nothing on the hand-in on WT3.
Amended my previous post, but I tested on WT3, and no experience was gained for two sets of whispers completed.
Summary: WT4 is giving experience though it is less obviously shown. WT3 is not giving experience at all.
Did they happen to say that they also hope have people playing by Season 2?
