Trace of Echoes Not Dropping At All

As the title states, from what I’ve researched I have yet to see feedback from devs during Season 14.

I have two level 70s, and a Paragon level of 245 and am on SSF. I have yet to see a single Trace of Echoes drop. I can’t even talk to the seer yet which I assume is tied to the first time you obtain a trace of echoes.

I tried the bulk of troubleshooting tips I could find; turned off cross-server, rebooted the game, swapped characters, etc. No dice.

Has there been any confirmation that this bug is being looked into or an ETA on it being fixed?

Same here. Two players, complete season 13 and some hours in S14, only one single drop.

I call BS on increasing the drop rate. Went to ~280 on SC and 210 on HC last season and got 1 total. Friend went to ~275 or so and got 0. I’ve already put at least 60 hours into this season and still have 0. It’s so incredibly stupid and frustrating to lock activities and seasonal challenges behind nearly impossible to find dungeon keys
