I just found my first 4 GA item of the season. Exciting stuff until I saw the rock bottom unique power.

Yeah, this feels bad. Every star should add 25% to the item’s lowest possible unique roll. If lowest roll is 0%, 1 star = 25%, 2 stars = 50%, and so on.
A 4 GA unique is so insanely rare that it should be guaranteed to have a max unique roll IMO.

I have a couple similar Uniques, just 3 GA, with a crap main power. Not even excited any more when I see multiple stars on a dropping item. Unique powers should go into the codex just as aspects when we salvage Uniques.
My only 4GA, all seasons included, is a Mythic…an Ahavarion Staff.

I am using one mediocre 1-GA item.
The last 3 drops I’ve had with a GA have been lightning resistance. All 3. lol.
2 before that were “chance to heal”
Heh, my first and only 4GA was Rod Of Kep…
All good…until i saw power range…1x multiplier out of 3x possible.
Replaced it with 2GA Rod with 3x multipler and not found anything better yet.

I dig this a lot, actually. And then can only be applied to the same unique, I assume.
I lucked the hell out on my sorc in VOH, got max roll penitents and brais with the stats I need on each at good spots, I was all ready to use my legacies forever despite the low HP and armor.
It happens. I got 4ga items this season so far 3 of the 4 rolled minimum values. Just RNG at work.
The 4ga midnight sun with min rolls made me sad for 10 seconds.
The only 4GA item I got during my short season of the expansion, was a Tyreal’s Might.
Didn’t last very long due to all the bugs.
They do stuff like this to keep you playing longer.
