From a story, from a combat stand point. From items to farm. This game is finished. Does certain games not work? Sure, but every game has that problem. Even Elden Rings.
From a core stand point this game is done. Live service games just means that it is ever changing with more content.
From a base value from what the game offers. You must ask yourself did you get your money worth? If yes than any changes in the future is a bonus be it good or bad.
If no? Than no amount of changes matter and the game is not for you.
It is not that hard.
Or you could answer that question yourself like I said.
Did I get enjoyment out of the base game before the service kicked in?
If yes, than you got money worth and the service is just extra.
If no, than the game is not for you.
If you base your purchase on the service part, that is like gambling. You are at fault not the company.
