This is the second time in a week that ive gotten this error message.
I’ve tried:
Enabling and disabling trade chat
Enabling and disabling mature chat filter
Logging out and in
Restarting the console and the router
I’ve checked communication settings in blizznet
I’ve also tried deleting and re-downloading diablo4.
I have no account restrictions.
I’m getting super tired of these issues with no reconciliation from blizzard.
Anyone know how to fix this?
I don’t know about a fix or anything but I’m just here to say your definitely not alone experiencing this, as I’ve seen several other threads about it with ten or twenty people stating the same thing. I am also going through it on my ps5 and it’s super strange the amount of people complaining about the problem and yet blizzard has not said one thing about it. And the fact that none of those solutions(resetting trade chat, resetting cross play, restarting the game)are fixing it means it’s likely a server side problem we have no control over. I wish that blizzard would atleast make a statement because this has been an issue on console for years now and it’s pretty tiresome. Trade chat is important
This is hilarious. No one is able to chat on PS5 apparently. I see absolutely no chat in trade and I’m getting this error. It happened early in season then was fixed but apparently is not worth fixing a 2nd time. I guess blizz don’t dare because season is essentially over.
Same on Xbox. No trade or local chat, no parties. Is it due to age verification on Xbox?
