Greed, this what gaming has become, in all games, few operate with the CONsumer in mind. Blizzard is no different. They slap Diablo Name ONLY on a box, we run to it, thinking we have our next Diablo Fix. You learn real quick, once you done with the Campaign and settle in on, well NMD Runs, over and over and over and over. NONE, have Seven Lesser Evils roaming, why? Imagine if we have 7 Unique Dungeons, with the lesser evils, at least we could change it up. I also think the NMD is dumb, repetitive and copy and paste. Another tell tale sign these DEVS are clueless, anyone remember the Arkane Sanctuary, the space dungeon… I shake my head…

People use what is fast becoming a meme of a cliche’ “Live service” as an excuse for lack of content well live service means more that just “always on” or “continuing story” it also means nimble responses to issues that arise and not just things like “shakogate” or “edgemaster+ripping” “Gohr grips” it means quick responses to broken mechanics like resistances, rubberbanding, stash loading, mounts it means daily, hourly updates and fixes and a constant 24/7 customer service.

I hope you and the other two individuals that like your post don’t have a person(s) you bought a product from, house, car, etc., and have that person(s) tell you and those who liked your post in your face “Dude its just a “whatever prodcut(s) you bought” lol. Maybe you missed it but the guy said this game “is borderline criminal.” Yes, that is melodramatic nonsense when talking about a video game. There is your reality check and you’re right, it is idiotic to try to claim updating a game is criminal. You’re welcome.

It does feel like it. So, I see nothing wrong with them feeling like the product they bought and can’t refund feels like a scam or whatever.

Apparently, you dont understand what criminal conduct is. Buying a product, using it for many, many hours and then trying to return it because you dont like an update even though you bought it and agreed to a TOS saying the product will get updates is nowhere near criminal.

There have been no insults. Again, there is no criminal activity. Quit being so melodramatic. It is either against the law or it isnt. Whining that you dont like a game update is nowhere near criminal. I am sorry you dont understand this. You agreed to a TOS that says the game will change. If you dont like an update that is not anywhere near criminal.
