I am having trouble completing this quest. I am asked to purchase a certain item from a vendor then turn to give it to someone. However the npc that I am supposed to give the item to does not respond, doesn’t move and is shadowed out. I have tried restarting the game, restarting my playstation, I’ve unplugged my playstation and plugged it back in, I don’t know what else to do.
