The people asking for items to get nerfed and power moved to skill tree

In my opinion, you should stop drinking strong alcohol. You are not adequate.
There is no balance in the game. Not at all. All roles are reduced to role-playing games of closed rooms “sado-maso”.
It is clear that the game is not for children, but in this segment there have long been more specialized products (and by the way, they are cheaper).
So there is no need to aggravate the situation. At the moment, the hardening is not much better than the previous system. And random encounters with balance-destroying blueprints are more than excessive, and will generate more discontent both in the camp of opponents and in the camp of supporters.

I know you from before, you’re a very well known troll

Too bad I actually think you liked the topic instead of playing non-the-wiser

I’d rather the power much more rely on the RNG of items – but at the same time, it’s clear Blizzard doesn’t know how make interesting items. So I’m ok with throwing more power in the skill tree now, and making the game a linear experience.

I only play, at this point, for the free battle pass cosmetics. Something to pass the time between PoE 2, D2, D3 and Last Epoch resets.

Both of those games have very vague and blank itemization too

Well, not really, LE has quite a few good ideas but PoE2 itemization is just :face_with_thermometer:, very bland, very regular, no risks taken whatsoever

Regardless, point being that itemization isn’t quite the strongest feats in those games and that’s why they opted in to put many Skill/Skill-tree options in return

I’m not saying that D4 has “whoa” itemization but it’s not like Aspect system has to suffer in the process in return

My friend. In your eyes I can be anyone. I really see how this will work and how much it will worsen the situation. That’s why I write these comments. In a sufficiently destructive, but not sufficiently offensive form.
But I’m not the troll here. You demonstrate your incompetence as an opponent.
I’ll say it simply - IT WON’T WORK AS YOU THINK, and besides, it will provide opportunities for exploitation or cheating. So - it is not needed.
Have I made my point clear?

First of all welcome to D4, exploitation and cheating is the name of the game lol

Secondly don’t see why you say “support camp”, “opponent camp”, are you referring to PvP ?, that thing right now is all but gone

I mean sure, can reduce the numbers to not go into beyond 7 digit magnitudes but at least make things fun for a change instead of “dying out” for the sake of not doing so

The thing is still that Arcanas are the best shot Blizz has ATM, I say pedal to the medal (long term and Eternal)

Why are most people on this forum so stupid?
I meant supporters and opponents of your idea.
The thing is that the drop of such a recipe (if it upsets the balance) will make players jealous and argue. And besides, when you see a player who unnaturally destroys enemies, you will not know whether he uses cheats or several such recipes.
Everything is elementary.
P.S. The head is not only to wear a hat.

Game is already fundamentally broken, players who “unnaturally” destroy enemies are in every open-world corner

Might as well have fun to the max. while doing so

  • Druids that use Boulder as a basic skill
  • Necros that use Soul Syphon as a basic skill
  • Barbs that use Frenzy as an Ult
  • Sorc that uses Spark as an Ult
  • Rogues that use Twisting Blades for defense

e.t.c. e.t.c. e.t.c.

Just make it all possible, Arcanas can do it (just make them assignable directly to a skill i.e. remove the Catalyst, and then in addition to able to alter stats make them able to “convert” a skill they’re assigned to from one type to another)

What’s next? Are we going to have fun setting our neighbor’s car on fire? Where are we going to stop?
Fun is good when everyone is having fun, but when it’s only a gang of thugs, it’s no longer fun. And first you have fun when you shoot your neighbor, and then his relatives when he shoots you.
We have a similar situation with the nerf marathon. Don’t you think?
