400 million spent on an amulet and not once did I see exploit for my Rogue.
Yah you have to just get amulets that already have the skills as they are too hard to roll. Same for gloves.
I spend a zillion on gloves with 2 greater and couldnt get mage mastery. Impossibru.

Good amulets are nightmare to come by. Especially now when 99.99% of them do not come with passives.

I have spent maybe close to 3 billion gold across a few characters trying to get + to certain skills and this just does not happen.
If my gear isn’t bricked from temperworking (massive failure on this) then the Occultist just takes all my gold. Getting gear is not fun in a loot driven game.
