Cooperation mode for the war plan

Along with the notes from the Hotfix, we wanted to share that there are plans for Warplans updates that attend to co-op/party play. Just as a heads up, timing for this would be around Season 14. Since details are still being sorted out, this isn’t final, but it’ll generally work like this: New Party Plan, at the cost of Marks of El’Druin, players can kick off a party vote to reroll all boards to match
