i can say for sure that i had a lot of fun in the season 6.
But is it just me or the loots system is the major issue in this season. i’m currently PL258 and only played my spiritborn since the begining of the season. i’ve been trying like hell to loot 2GA or higher legendary pants for 2 weeks now but looting only one 1GA items every 6 runs of uberboss, hordes, pits etc… it was easier to get 2-3 GA mytic or unique then ancestral and i can’t even remember the last time i drop 2GA loot in the last 4 days…
meanwhile, everyone spaming legendary items 3-4 GA in the trade chat like its droping from everywhere.
I picked up quite a few 3GA legendaries and 4GA uniques over the weekend, but none were useful for my build. For context, I leveled from 276 to 278, running Infernal Hordes, boss fights, Undercity, and a few Pits.
i played all weekend non-stop did all types of runs! i mean i have unique and mytic almost perfect on my build the problem is that i got them all the first week of the season when i was lvlP80 and now its like im playin a easy diffulty! no ancestral legendary higher then 1 GA since at least 100plvlup. i think i drop only 2 3GA legendary 3 weeks ago and it wasnt stats for my build! been farming for pants 2GA legendary for my spiritborn for 2 week and i got NONE more then 1GA…don’t know whats happening but i create another spiritborn and transfered my build to him maybe it will change at least a bit the droprate
If you run pit 105-110, you will get AROUND 0.8 one GA item per run.
I am paragon 295 and have numerous friend that are paragon 300. They all agree. A lot say 1 GA item per run in average. But it feels a little less. You can sell those one Ga item to gather wealth to buy two GA items.
Don’t even try to argue with me if you are not paragon 290+ and have not done extensive pit running.
And for the other classes of people who will say doood…i cant get to paragon 290. I will answer: season is not even 50% done yet. Do a few everyday with elixirs, insences and opals and you will see it goes fast and you will gain wealth.
Then, if you still feel like crying, it is because you want a season that last 1 month and have everything in 3 weeks and you will ruin this game forcing the devs to make it like Diablo 3: geared in 1 evening, upgraded in 2 days, quit bored after 2 weeks.
OP you are suffering from what’s called the “desire sensor.”
Urban dictionary defines it as: The Desire Sensor detects what rare item, or event you are farming for, and prevents the game from giving it to you. Only when you forget about it or no longer need it will the item drop, or event happen.
For example, a few days ago I was minding my own business and running a tribute of radiance solo in the UC and I got a three GA ring with dex, max life and crit chance. It was useless for my build but it sold for 92 bil.
Bottom line is just play the game expecting one GA items and you’ll be swimming in three GA items

who’s crying? maybe you can’t read well so i’m gonna help you understand at least the first sentence i wrote saying i enjoy the game a lot. i didn’t said any hateful things about the game. i was just asking if anyone as the same problem!
maybe its not the case for you but i did at least 20 lvl 125 pits run yesterday and it only dropped two 1Ga items at each 3 runs
But I will repeat what I said: season is only 50% done. You can still do 15 pits daily, which is 1h daily, which is reasonable and get items and level.
What is “priceless” is your desire to strike without understanding. I repeat…season is around half. You have more than 2 months to get item and levels. Plenty of time, unless, like I said, you want a season that last 3 weeks.
System knows the build you are trying to do and doesnt give you the drops. I did the same on a necromancer last season. Needed bone, got blood. Switched to blood, got bone…
If you do enough pit 105 or 110 it will even out to around 0.8 GA item per run. Most people I asked that were paragon 300 mentioned 1 GA item per run in avg but I felt it was a little too high so I say around 0.8.
Season is not even half yet (or close). Just do pit runs or horde (less efficient) and you will get plenty of items. I am gold cap, dont bother with obols anymore and had to give a lot of billions to my friends and still have so many items to sell. My problem is I cant spend because of dupes. My mecr has many thousands of token and I do not bother as well.
I hope they will not listen and make D4 in to D3…geared in 1 night, upgraded in 2 days and 90% of people quit after 2 weeks…in a 3 months season.
Edit: I rotate Opals so I used the equipment one sometimes. Does it make a difference? We should test it. I don’t use it all the time as I bought like 20 opals of each.
Haven’t had anything useful drop in going on a week of utter pointlessness now. It’s not that I’m foolishly even trying to eke out a tiny bit more damage on a main, I’m doing this to try and just get workable BiS items for an Alt.
Playing Rogue so zero, nada, zip chance of me running Pit 100+ if that improves the drop rate.
I’d say again. Guy obviously playing the OP class speed running Pits with likely optimal gear, is lecturing others on how to play. If you don’t see the irony in that then this conversation is pointless.
Play a barb and then talk to me about speed running 15 Pit 100s in an hour.
I like that paragon 300 is aspirational but they do need to up the drop rate for 2-3 GA items A LITTLE BIT - i’m not talking about letting it rain, but i’m P275 and i’ve found maybe 3-4 2/3 GA items this season, that’s very low - needs to be a bit higher than that. A BIT higher. Also who can buy anything in game lol - because gold cheats people expect 25 B for an item - unless you’re cheating or buying gold ain’t no one getting enough gold to buy items bro
Loots a joke in this game - mythics easier to get then decent legendries nowadays. They could have done something about this mid-season but instead choose to buff SB.
And again I will say it for a 3rd time, You still have 70 days to run any pit you want to get gear and wealth. My guy…70 days…
Barb after patch you run pit 95 and you easily run 15 pits in 1h…if not, play 90 minutes a day and run those 15 in 90 min. Also play a little more on the weekend.
What you absolutely refuse to acknowledge is: there-is-70-days-left-in-the-season Plenty of time to do what you want esp after the patch where they will buff other classes a little.
Come on my guy, add me we will pit together and we will have fun. Please tell me you will not be crying on the forums for another 70 days. BTW I main barb and my spiritborn name is Buffbarb and will probably do 295-300 at pit 90-95 on a rend or double-swing build because…season is barely half and there is plenty of time (4th time)…
