The dilemma with D4's endgame

D4 doesn’t have an endgame issue, to put it more accurately, D4 has a progression issue. There aren’t any worth-while long-term meta progression systems to pique interest after 50 hours into a season (estimate average). How can we make player progress feel more consistent and rewarding? What would possibly be a good infinite gameplay loop?

Correct.
I like to say that D4 has endgame activities but it does not have a PROPER endgame progression.

If we compare it to PoE. PoE has endgame activities as well, delve, heist, simulacrum, blighted maps etc etc. BUT, it has THE ATLAS as the backbone of the whole endgame.

D4 need an ATLAS equivalent.
