Tempering Dust Devils - Chance to Cast Twice or Size?

If you can stand the grind, just make new characters for Iron Wolves rep. Guarantee Spark per character.

I guess rolling size on 2h is not as bad as I thought it was. Going for a 2h with good 2x GA with a size roll and not worrying about a double masterwork temper hit on a 1h is probably better for most people. Considering the gold and time sink of fishing for 2x size on a 1h.

size on 2h, chance on 1h, chance on 2h to not have to worry about crazy temper hits

I think the inc damage to dust devils mod ends up being really minor because of all the flat increased damage we already have from paragon and other sources.

Blizzard has ruined the whole builds with their weak solution with the introduction of the caps. They have destroyed their own vision.

i have tried so many variations with the temperings on Dust Devil, it makes no difference. All the formulas behind it with these buckets combined with these caps are just bad for the game. It somehow doesn’t matter what you roll anymore.

I’m just surprise it took you this long to figure that out. I tried dust devil back in Season 2 because of the new glyph blizzard added then. Boy was I reminded why aspect spell are lame. One or two affix isn’t going to do much when there’s very little interactions.

Right now I have "22% chance to cast DD twice and I rolled 37 % chance on another weapon? Does it stack or am I wasting a temper?

not 100% sure on this one, my assumption is yes but I would think just running one weapon and master working to get the % up and using a different temper on the other would still be a better option. would need to see your over all gear. Ideally % to cast twice on a 2 hander, % size on a 1 hander, ramaldani for 2nd 1 hander and 2nd 2 hander would be GF. Early stage if you want your stats up without having to master work you could go % cast twice and size on your 2 handers and then ramaldani and % dd damage for the 1 handers.

Yes I know it’s not ideal, but for now I have 50% on my 2 hander. 22% on my 1 hander.
