Blizzard, please add the option to select the temper I want, using a rune as a currency. Then I actually get to spend my runes instead of them just sitting there, accumulating.
Same for enchanting, I want to roll a +2 passive on my amulet? Sure, but it’s gonna cost ya some runes. The better the affix, the higher the rune(s)
