Blizzard has stated that in no way will D4 ever be pay 2 win. So, afk farming is out, real money auction house is out (for that matter, trading in general may be out). Still, I would like the overlay map to come back.
On the plus side, we should get a new zone and new class. Monk, dark cleric (new class) and Paladin are on the top of the list. Amazon, Witch Doctor, Demon Hunter are considered alternate versions of existing classes and should be awhile before they arrive.
