Well you get one temper and you can then make one stat GA. Sadly the 20 levels of masterworking is now just Armor or All resists so Meh is almost to good a term for it. So they took the complains about bricking as a chance to nerf over all power. But fear not, you can still sanctify it and brick it so that part is not really gone
