Sunbird’s Gorget: It says ‘picking up a feather forms a firestorm around you for 8 seconds…’ but I see no graphical change on my character. I would think that since it last for 8 seconds, I would see some kind of change? I have 4 Eagle skills on my bar so lots of feathers should get picked up.
Is this normal?

You need at least one of these aspects: Falling Feathers, Recalling Feathers, Empowered Feathers, to spawn Storm Feathers that you can actually pick up.
Storm Feather from Eagle Primary Spirit Hall doesn’t work.
The effect of the unique is rather useless. It looks nice but hardly does any damage. The main appeal of the unique is giving storm feathers a jaguar tag which means potent and furnace passives work.
