I understand that, but I’m telling you there’s no way to get that information from the forums. Those who run the forums, the Community Managers (CMs), do not have access to this information and can’t give it to you.
Your only course of action is sadly going through customer support and making tickets until your issue is resolved. As I mentioned before you could try switching your email address to a different one, verify you’re getting emails, then possibly switch your email back. I’ve done this at least 3 times now, as I’ve gone through multiple emails over the years.
