People want to play a Necromancer as a pure summoner/curser - I don’t get why everyone posting saying it’s easy using (insert non-minion core spell here). On top of that the minions are not ‘smart’ lol… they get stuck, they attack what they want to attack for the most part and often times my minions are stuck attacking something ‘immune’ while in an event. I’ve had my golem do circles when I use it’s active skill on a bigger mob like Astaroth for example… I mean he was doing LAPS then didn’t even cast the active spell LOL Diablo 2 minions feel better than this & I cannot understand why thats okay.
Minions should definitely scale with items and aspects but come on guys… I should not need to be a Bone Spear AND Summoner Necro to make it through things if I want to just be a summoner. Very constricting game play imo. On top of that having one basic skill from level 1-100 with only two modifiers feels really really bad.
Lets not forget how bad Army of the Dead feels… In certain area’s it’s literally almost useless.
