Hello, it’s been days that the game occasionally experiences crazy lag even though the specifications of my PC and my connection are excellent. Why do I lag? I have 40/50 ms latency, an RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, 64GB of RAM, SSD drives, and an excellent Ryzen 5700 processor. Can you help me? game diablo 4

I wish I could help, but I’m having the same issue. It began about a week ago when I started playing the new season. It’s so frequent that the game is unplayable at this point. At first, I thought it was because there were so many players it was overloading the server, but I’ve tried it during different times of day and night and the result is the same. I also have a PC system and connectivity that is more than capable so I have to believe it’s a Blizzard issue.

For me it always happens when there is a ball lightning sorcerer in the same area. People complained a lot when there were 3 of them at a world boss. The rubber banding was insane.

I suspect it’s lack of servers and/or bad coding combined. I say this because at peak playing time - the game lags so bad I can’t play, yet I’ll see people running around at 2 - 3 times my speed. There may be some ISP issues, but I can jump to Diablo III or Immortal (along with a host of other games) and have No Lag.
When I get lag - I can run around, there is no creature or ISP’s moving, I can keep attacking then all of the sudden 10 - 20 attacks go off (hopefully I wasn’t killed - but that happens sometimes). I had a couple of hours to play last night, I played (tried to) for about 15 mins and quit.
If I had bought a game and it played like this from the start, I would have demanded my money back.
