Submerged Ruins is Bugs for Conviction node

This dungeon is a complete waste of time if you are looking for extra loot from conviction node. Not one conviction was obtained on Tier 12. Bugged.

Also, why does the war chest click and open and the conviction chest is like opening a word document with a big progress bar?
