My game is low fps most of the time but when I’m alt tabbed its running smoothly but as soon as i tab back into the game to move around i get low fps again. I have tried alot of the fixes on " [Main Thread] Frame Rate Hitching / Stuttering on PC 4090 - #205 by Zathalyn-2899 " but nothing seems to work. I don’t understand how it’s possible for the game to run smoothly when i’m alt+tabbed but then being unplayable when im actually actively in the window

First thing, I suggest to reset your video settings default in the game.
You should only get 8 fps when alt-tabbed, if you are getting more, maybe you misconfigured something.
Ok it fixed my problem to connect my headset via bluetooth. I have no clue why that was the fix
