And stuck on Char load screen
Just ran into this issue on my Seasonal Sorc. I logged in fine, popped an elixir, popped a nightmare dungeon, and clicked on the map to teleport there. The loading screen came up⌠and stayed there. After 5 minutes I force quit the game and relaunched. Now I canât log into my Sorc at all. I can log into my characters on the Eternal realm with no problem, but not the Sorc.
Itâs extremely strange because I logged in just fine initially, but evidently teleporting to the nightmare dungeon stuck my Sorc in some sort of phantom zone and now they canât be accessed at all.

Started getting stuck in loading screens around 5:50 PM PST (was running around Helltide so the last successful teleport was probably 5:43 PM PST). Was able to log in after Alt+F4âing and collect my drops only to get stuck in another infinite loading screen trying to teleport back to town. Alt+F4âd again to reboot but then got stuck on the loading screen just to get in the game. Did a scan & Repair just in case and tried to log in only to get stuck on âQueued for game - Start game pendingâ so me thinks maybe the servers went down. My friends are stuck as wellâŚ

Same here. Infinite load screens when transporting from one area to another.
Also canât get past any load screen boss. It one shots me every time.
+1. Caught in loading screens. first was to a NM dungeon, lost that sigil.
Then coming in, it hung. Rebooted the game again.
Then I finally was able to get a dungeon to work, but then when I ported back to Kyoveshad, it hung, had to reboot.
Got back in and was trying to port to the new Helltide area, currently sitting in loading windowâŚhung.
Yep, me 2âŚthousand. Got stuck on loading a cave and the cannot get back in. Nice to have Blizzard post an notice somewhere to let us know.
Yes adding into this iâm getting stuck at multiple points. In queue to log in, when attempting to load world and actually drop in. I also noticed I was physically stuck as a player on the bridge between ked bardu and the penitent dungeon (grigoire boss dungeon). Game is unplayable right now, got stuck on the loading screen for the penitent dungeon once i was finally able to get to it.
Great game⌠sh*! codersâŚhorrible management. I am sure that they will âaddress this issueâ at the next fireside chat (where they only want to hear themselves talk)
I love to see people taking advantage of a technical problem to blame people⌠when they have no clue what is really happening.
I am having the same issue on PS5 after the patch. It happens when I port to another town.
Adding to this. After installing patch to v1.4.0.53887 on the Windows version today I am experiencing the same issue. Load screens appear to be infinite now, resulting in a need to force quit the game and relaunch. Kind of unplayable without being able to enter instanced areas and use waypoints.
yes - both my son and I are stuck on load screens - over and over again tonight; using portals, going to town, loading into dungeons.
it is bad; please fix this asap

It appears that even once you get into the game any loading screen has a chance to lockup since todays patch was implemented. They likely need to rollback the patch because now the number of people who canât play has become exponential.
Has Blizz even bothered to address the issue to its players? What good is their support and forums if they dont use it to let people know whatâs going on.

there was something by @blizzardcs saying we are looking into it. like i said a bit ago blizzard doesnt use the forums anymore. make sure to blast their social media or it goes unnoticed
