As title says, Storm Companion Unique pants is currently bugged in the game.
Greater affix on # to Wolves [4-5] stays the same with or without greater affix.
For example, i have greater affix on Wolves which normally should increase to 7 (or 8 if game wants to round it up) but still it gives only 5 levels to the Wolves Skill.
A normal version of the unique with max roll on Wolves which is 5, it gives 5 levels.
Also masterworking it does not increase the level of the wolves with or without greater affix at all.
And no its not a description / text bug, just tested it.
